Enrolment

The main entry points for enrolment at Mercedes College are:

Junior School:
  • Reception
Middle School:
  • Year 6
  • Year 8
All other year levels where vacancies occur.

Process of Enrolment:

  1. Registration of Interest for Enrolment form should be completed and returned to the Registrar at the College as soon as possible
  2. Approximately eighteen (18) months prior to the anticipated date of commencement of the student, an Application for Enrolment will be forwarded to you for completion as positions become available. Most recent academic reports (Years 1-12), a Parish Priest or family reference, and a copy of the child's Baptismal Certificate will be requested.
  3. On receipt of the Application for Enrolment, an interview with the Principal or Head of School will be scheduled before a position may be offered.
  4. In the event that a position is offered by Mercedes College and accepted by you, the terms detailed in the Application for Enrolment will form part of the Contract of Enrolment.

Orientation Walks

Orientation Walks for 2012 will be held on Wednesdays at 9:30am on the following dates: 

Term 1
Wednesday 8 February
Wednesday 7 March
Wednesday 4 April

Term 2
Wednesday 9 May
Wednesday 13 June
Wedensday 25 July

Term 3
Wednesday 15 August
Wednesday 5 September

Term 4
Wednesday 24 October
Wednesday 21 November

If you wish to join an Orientation Walk with the Principal, Head of Senior School, Head of Middle School and Head of Junior School, please call Reception on 8372 3200 to register your name for the appropriate date. Information will then be sent to you with details of the morning's activities.
