2011 - The Year of Responsibility
In 2011 we celebrate the Year of Responsibility, an integral Mercy Key that assists in binding together the core values of the College.
In the Year of Responsibility we have provided Mercedes College students with an opportunity to identify their personal responsibilities and consider ways to fulfil them through their everyday experiences.
As members of the Mercedes College community, we too have a responsibility, a responsibility to our students to ensure that the College continues to achieve excellence by meeting the emerging needs of the school.
The Annual Appeal is one way in which we can all contribute to those needs. It is a vital source of momentum for the College and the primary way for Old Scholars and parents and friends to help sustain and develop the special features that set Mercedes apart.
Annual Giving provides us all an opportunity to ensure that the spirit of shared experience, loyalty and mutual encouragement that brings together generations of the Mercedes Community continues to be a strong element of our culture.
